Account

The account part of the platform lets you manage your profile, subscriptions, consumption and sub-accounts.

Profile

To access your profile, click on "Account" in the navigation, then on "profile".
In the profile section, you can change your e-mail address and password.

Subscriptions

To track your subscriptions, click on "Account" then "Subscriptions" in the navigation.



In this section, you can download your invoices, modify your payment methods and change your billing address.

Consumption

To track your consumption, click on "Account" in the navigation, then on "Consumption".
In this section, you'll find the activity of each salon in each space, including date, duration of activity and associated payment plan.

Sub-accounts

To access sub-accounts, click on "Account" then "Sub Account" in the navigation.

In this section, you can add, modify or delete sub-accounts.


Creating sub-accounts allows you to delegate the administration of one or more areas to your collaborators.
To create a new sub-account, click on "Add new".
Enter your colleague's e-mail address, then select the various options: 
  2. If the collaborator can access all your spaces, or only specific ones
  3. Whether the collaborator can create spaces
  4. Whether the collaborator can create video lounges
  5. Whether the collaborator can delete video rooms
Once the sub-account has been created, it will appear in the list of sub-accounts. 
Various actions are available:
  2. Edit the sub-account
  3. Copy its platform access link to the clipboard
  4. Send access link to mailbox
  5. Delete the sub-account

When the sub-account owner clicks on the access link for the first time, they will be asked to choose a password.
