The Teams module is only available for rooms in Pro2 mode.

Incompatible features

The following features are not compatible with speakers from a Teams meeting:

• Backstage
• Scene Builder
• Video walls

Incompatible options

The following options are not compatible with speakers from a Teams meeting:

• Studio light mode
• “Only the pinned presenter can share their screen or document without permission”

Audio management

Teams sources' audio cannot be managed individually, which results in impacts and limitations on audio management for Teams speakers and Teams screenshare:

• A hidden speaker or one with their microphone muted will still be able to unmute themselves
• To share their screen, a Teams speaker must have their microphone turned on

Video management

Speakers' camera feeds are not always retrieved from Teams, due to instabilities on MS Teams' side
