Spaces

Spaces can be used to group together several shows and their replays. 
To create a new space, go to the dashboard and click on the "New space" button at the top. Then choose a name for your space. Your space has been successfully created.

Add one or more salons to my space
Once your space has been created, click on "Access" to access it. Click on "add new" to create one or more lounges. Then choose a "channel slug" for your lounge.

The slug is a short text that identifies your show and will be present in its URL.
Example: slug = test conference; url salon = https://app.v2.blastream.com/spa3_test-conference

If you need to create several lounges, check "multiroom" and select the number required.
Next, choose your room type from the following 4:
  1. Videoconference - 10 simultaneous video sources, 10 participants (10€/month - 1€/hour)
  2. Pro 1 - 9 simultaneous video sources, 200 participants (90€/month - 9€/hour)
  3. Pro 2 - 25 simultaneous video sources, 500 participants (180€/month - 18€/hour)
  4. Chat Only - No video, chat only, 1000 participants (10€/hour)

Then choose your billing preference: per month or per hour of consumption.

Finally, an additional option allows you to copy the settings of your other lounges already created for the same space. 

To finish creating your salon, click on "save". You will then be presented with several links:
  1. Viewer link
  2. Admin link
  3. Admin iframe
  4. Viewer iframe


A "settings" tab lets you configure your show without having to go inside.
Finally, a "Billing" tab lets you change your salon type and billing method.

To view your list of salons created in a space, click on "Spaces". Choose the space, then click on "Rooms". 



For each room, you'll find the slug, the type (nb video, nb participant) and the following six actions:

  1. Room settings
  2. Clone room
  3. Admin and viewer iframe links
  4. Classic admin and viewer links
  5. Delete salon
  6. Login to enter the room

Transfer settings from one salon to another
If you've already created a salon and modified its general settings and personalization, you can export and apply these settings to other salons you've already created.
To do this, in your salon list, click on "Batch Settings". Then select the source salon, the type of settings to be applied and the target salons. Then click on "Apply". 


View my replays
To access the replays of your broadcasts, click on one of your spaces, then in the left-hand navigation on "Replays".



Several actions are available for your replays, in this order:
  1. Publish replay
  2. View replay
  3. Download replay video file
  4. Delete replay
Retrieve a space's API keys
To obtain the API keys for a space you've created, click on "Api Key" in the navigation. Your space's public and private keys will be available. 
For more information on how to use your API keys, please contact us.


On the API keys page, you can also delete your space using the "Remove Space" button.
